UPS shipping is complimentary with all orders.

Delivery terms

The US – 3 business days,

The EU and the UK – 5 business days,

Other – 6 business days.

Duties and taxes

We guarantee that that there will be no additional taxes, duties or customs fees for our customers from the US, European Union or Australia. If you are located outside of these places, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We are doing our very best to make sure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase from our e-shop, but if any problem related to the order occurs, please let us know and we will solve it ASAP. Please contact our customer service office by email at timeresistance@gmail.com or fill in the "Returns form" here.

After we receive the item back, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days.

Purchases can be returned up to 30 days from the delivery date

 

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Unused condition and have all of its parts and accessories.
  • Postage is at buyer's cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Once you’ve filled out the “Returns form” we will contact you and provide you with a return address.

Customers from the US, UK, DE, FR and IT are provided with a local return address

Customers from the rest of the world are provided with a Lithuanian return address

Returning a damaged or defective product

In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 10 days. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. A fault is a defect in appearance or function. In the event of a defect make contact first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you or send a replacement.

Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Time Resistance bags and accessories are made of certified premium quality full-grain hand-dyed vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide (Vachetta leather)
  • This leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origins and does not contain substances prohibited by law. Tannin extracts are fundamental ingredient for the slow tanning process and the quality of its result. This artisan technique maintains the natural look of leather, rendering each skin one of a kind with a slightly different pattern.
  • Small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible scratches eventually present on the leather prove its naturalness rendering each skin one of a king.
  • As an added bonus, vegetable tanning gives the leather a natural earthy smell.

Gorgeous and useful

I've been looking for a black leather crossbody for months. I ended up choosing this one because of the all leather strap and body. The metal detail work adds character, and the inside storage capacity, secret pocket which is perfect for a larger phone, plus the separate outside pocket AND additional backside zipped pocket gives many options for storage and organization. I also like the faux buckle; the magnetic snap is much more efficient.
