UPS shipping is complimentary with all orders.

The US – 3 business days,

The EU and the UK – 5 business days,

Other – 6 business days.

We guarantee that that there will be no additional taxes, duties or customs fees for our customers from the US, European Union or Australia. If you are located outside of these places, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We are doing our very best to make sure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase from our e-shop, but if any problem related to the order occurs, please let us know and we will solve it ASAP. After we receive the item back, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days.

Purchases can be returned up to 30 days from the delivery date

The item must be in its original packaging.
Unused condition and have all of its parts and accessories.
Postage is at buyer's cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Returning a damaged or defective product

In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 10 days. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. A fault is a defect in appearance or function. In the event of a defect make contact first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you or send a replacement.

Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.

Time Resistance bags and accessories are made of certified premium quality full-grain hand-dyed vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide (Vachetta leather)
This leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origins and does not contain substances prohibited by law. Tannin extracts are fundamental ingredient for the slow tanning process and the quality of its result. This artisan technique maintains the natural look of leather, rendering each skin one of a kind with a slightly different pattern.
Small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible scratches eventually present on the leather prove its naturalness rendering each skin one of a king.
As an added bonus, vegetable tanning gives the leather a natural earthy smell.

Beautiful bag

You never really know what to expect ordering from a new company, especially with an odd name like Time Resistance. I couldn’t find a whole lot about them. YouTube really only had videos from the company, but they have been around a long time & there is online evidence to support that.
I wanted to buy a nice weekender bag, but didn’t want to sell a kidney to get one. I also had some very specific features I need- a U-shaped zipper so I could easily see & access the contents, a bag big enough to fit stuff for 2-4 days, but not so big & heavy to wonder why I didn’t just bring a suitcase. I didn’t want a bag made in China that smelled like goats or a rubber factory. This checked all the boxes. I am very happy with it. I have used it on 1 weekend getaway & it was perfect.

A perfectly high-quality bag with nice details. It looks and feels just as it should!
