Love my bag. I wouldn't both with pen and credit card holder in front pocket as nobody would put cards there ...it would be better as a empty pocket. however this is my favourite bag and I can safely put my phone in the zip packet by my back alongside my cards and feel safe when tarvelling. I get almost daily compliments on it. DPD did, however charge me a UK mport charge...about £10 which I paid once I realised it was genuine.
